Three coaches, three disciplines, one standard. Everyone who trains at NIFA is coached by someone who has competed.
Boxing, kickboxing, grappling and MMA, taught by coaches who have done the work themselves.

Third degree black belt and two-time world champion kickboxer, with close to thirty years of continuous training and ten of those at elite competitive level. He has taught students of every age for more than twenty years, building a coaching style that puts technical precision, conditioning and mindset in the same session.
Based in Dominica for the past five years, his focus has been youth pathways, coaching standards and preparing amateurs for a first bout. Fundamentals first, controlled contact, clear progressions. Beginners gain confidence quickly, competitors get the structure they need to peak.

London born, Dominican and Jamaican, competing in martial arts since the age of eight. He has trained taekwondo, boxing, wrestling, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and MMA, and competed at international level in submission wrestling and jiu-jitsu.
His coaching is built on technique and the small details that let a smaller athlete beat size and strength. What he wants to pass on is the mindset that was given to him: compassion, respect, confidence, and a healthy life outside the mat.

Dominica based, with regional level MMA experience in France. Trained across MMA, boxing, grappling and wrestling, he pairs hard conditioning with a strict daily routine.
Discipline is the foundation and fight IQ is the difference: strategy, timing, composure. His work at NIFA is passing that on to young athletes, so the habits they build in training show up outside it.
