  • Falling safely and moving on the ground
  • Holding and escaping positions
  • Games that train reaction and control

First 3 weeks: Tuesdays only, 6:00 PM (18:00).

  • Conditioning built into every session
  • Progress reviewed with parents

How beginners are protected

Safety is the house rule

Beginners start on pads and drills. Contact increases only when control is proven. A student who ignores a safety instruction sits out the rest of the session, whatever their age.

Tell us before the first session about asthma, an inhaler, an old injury or any medication used during activity. Send it with the student, clearly labelled, and tell the coach where it is kept.
