TRAIN EVEN WHEN YOU CAN’T COME TO THE DOJO

NIFA Online Training keeps your child and your household consistent, structured, and progressing. wherever you are.

Live coaching. Real guidance. Not prerecorded workouts.

Martial arts only works when it is consistent.
Missing weeks breaks progress.
Children lose habits quickly.
Adults lose motivation even faster.
But real life happens.

Work schedules.
Transportation issues.

Living outside Roseau.
Family abroad.

NIFA Online exists for one reason.
So your training routine never stops.

This is not a YouTube class. You are not following a random video. You are still part of the academy.

KIDS ONLINE TRAINING

Ages 5–17

Some children cannot attend every physical session.
That is where discipline usually collapses.

Online training keeps:
• routine after school
• respect for schedule
• physical activity
• attention span

ADULT ONLINE TRAINING

Ages 18+

Adults skip training for one week.
Then two.
Then they stop completely.

Online sessions prevent that break.

You train from home while still following:
• timing
• drills
• breathing work
• mobility
• conditioning

WHEN ONLINE TRAINING IS USEFUL

Live far from Roseau

Travel frequently

Work late hours

Have children in different schedules

Want to maintain discipline between physical classes

Are part of Founding Family but miss a session

WHAT YOU NEED

Very simple:

• a phone, tablet, or laptop
• 2 meters of space
• basic sports clothing
• internet connection

No equipment required to start.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO PARENTS

A child who trains online still:

Listens to instructions

Follows rules

Practices discipline at home

For some families, this is the first structured activity their child has inside the house.

That alone changes behavior.

Getting started is simple

Step 1. Book a clarity call

Step 2. Setup

Step 3. Start training

Online is the bridge, not the destination.

Online sessions keep your routine alive.
Many families start here, then transition to in-person training when possible.

You can begin online and later join the academy without restarting your progress.
